Thanks for coming to my page.

For as long as I can remember I've been drawing. My earliest memories of drawing stem from reruns of the Adam West Batman TV series. I was heavily influenced by comic books and super heroes growing up. I gravitated towards the artists more than the stories at first. Idols of mine were people like Neal Adams, Michael Golden, Nick Cardy, Gil Kane, Joe Jusko...As I grew older I discovered fantasy greats Boris Vallejo and Frank Frazetta. When I was a little guy I saw Star Wars--there was literally nothing like it. All of these things mashed together and helped to influence my artistic visions. Academics were sort of secondary unless art was involved. Thankfully, I had parents who pushed my artistic side, and I attended various private schools for art.

I've been on a quest to find that style that truly suits me. I don't know if it will ever happen, and I kind of really enjoy that in a way, because it doesn't tie me down. Also, it allows me to explor
e lessons that I might otherwise pass up. I'm enjoying this unending study of composition--learning the basic rules just to break them.

In addition, I am a Level 2 certified Forensic Artist via Lois Gibson (2015 Guinness Book of World Records holder for most crimes solved using forensic art) of the Forensic Art Institute.  If you are in the law enforcement or archeology field, please don't hesitate to contact me to help with your needs. Reference available upon request.
